Corporate Cabs - Terms and Conditions
If a registered user, you are responsible to protect your user credentials. If you believe your credentials have been stolen or compromised you will advise Corporate Cabs Ltd immediately so your profile can be disabled.
Credit Card Registration
Please do not enter Credit Card Information into the additional information field on our website.
As a registered user you have the ability to register your Credit Card(s) with us for payment of our services. Registering your credit card with us will make your booking process quicker and you will not be required to transact your card at the end of your journey.
Please note that we do not store Registered Credit Card data on our website this service is provided by IP Payments (www.ippayments.com). IP Payments is a Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway authorised by the card schemes and New Zealand banks to capture, store and process your card holder data in a completely secure manner.
You take responsibility for advising us of any changes to your credit card details such as change of card (news credit card number), cancellation or expiry of card.
If paying by Credit Card you agree that Corporate Cabs may charge an electronic transaction fee.
Bookings and Payment
By making a booking with Corporate Cabs Limited (CCL) you authorise us to charge you at the completion of the journey.
When Corporate Cabs (CCL) accepts a job, the passenger has a right to expect that driver to turn up, and when a passenger books a taxi using CCL, the driver should expect that passenger to be at the pickup point.
Sometimes there are legitimate reasons for a cancellation, but it is frustrating for our drivers if they have made their way to the agreed pick up point and the passenger is not there.
CCL reserves the right to charge a $20 fee to any passenger who is not at the agreed pick up point or where a booking has been cancelled after the taxi has been dispatched.
Through registering your interest via this website, you are permitting us to communicate with you electronically. For point of definition, electronically can include but is not limited to email, Phone, SMS, App notification.
You will be added to the applicable contact list and we will communicate with you electronically as appropriate.
You will have the option of being removed from our contact list at any time, by clicking 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of any communication, or by contacting us.
Your contact details will be used for the sole purpose of responding to your requests, or keeping you informed in line with your selected preferences.
Call Centre Communications
All calls into our Call Centre are recorded. These recordings are primarily used for training purposes but may also be referred to if there is a query with a booking.
Our Use of Your Information
Sharing of Personal Information
We may share Personal Information with third party service organisations such as IP Payments (to facilitate secure registration of credit card information), employees and agents for our business purposes. We may also share Personal Information for further processing in accordance with the purpose(s) for which the data were originally collected, e.g., third party maintenance of secure listing databases and to a contract owner operator to fulfil a booking, which may have been requested from us.
You may contact CCL to access, or request correction or deletion of your Personal Information. If necessary, CCL will contact another employee or a service provider to assist in completing your requested task.
